Thank you so much for the very valuable session yesterday. As you know, my mind was spinning with all the words of wisdom you provided. You are a very beautiful woman both inside and out.

I awoke this morning between 4 and 5 AM and began thinking about the new life program I was embarking upon and all the new things I had to incorporate...normally it probably would have been somewhat overwhelming but my new approach, as we discussed, is to slow it all down and the morning has been pretty enjoyable. At times I do feel myself getting ready to jump to something else but I catch myself and dial it down a notch or two.

I just took the birds outside to enjoy the sun and the warmth which they enjoy and it helps break up my craziness also.

. I am very visual and as I told you, your beauty energizes me in more ways than you know. I am very sincere in wanting to make changes in my life. I didn't because my mind was engaged in thinking about the communication we had just had and the life altering changes I needed to make to truly begin enjoying my life as I was ment to be.

Dear Juliana,
I'm still spinning from the time I spent with you, but I'm sure you have the same effect on everyone!  I keep going over all the things you taught me and I just wanted to say thank you.  I am already noticing some changes - specifically with slowing down and taking time to notice and acknowledge the people I come into contact with day-to-day.  I take so much for granted in this life.  The last few days I have noticed that a simple expression of acknowledgement and caring is often returned.  It's subtle but definitley noticable.  When that happens you can feel it!  It's a start!  Wishing you and all your loved ones health and happiness!  Love - Frank.

Thank you for a wonderful time, I learned so much, still trying to grasp it all as it touched me on so many different levels, from the physic readings to understanding women to the breathing control.

Breathing will be key and I will need to educate myself on that and I believe that and my opening of the 5th chakra (throat) will be some of the most profound changes. Also got the book for raw energy and reading it at present.

Thank you for your teachings as they definitely helped me grasp some things i was not getting from reading alone. A long way to go but that is good as the journey will be filled with happiness. Definitely freer mentally and enjoying myself more than before our meeting and that is wonderful. Still working on the affirmations and I promise to live them as much as i can.Namaste

Hi,

Just wanted to give you a quick update since our meeting, not much on the fun side but on the personal growth  change side the effects have been very interesting, I am still amazed at how much you knew of me from reading my palm and your observations ,deeply impressed. I have been dropping the mask and finding life is better by being open and enjoying it. It was my birthday yesterday and was a little sad at first as no real attention, but as the day went on and I got a lot of greetings it made be feel wanted which was deeply warming. To live in the moment and stop clinging to the past I made a big decision and bought a new Harley bike, let's just say it is freaking amazing, and will be fun to ride and live out my dreams, I can now visualize it, next step is to live it.

Again thanks for helping me understand where I am in my life and what is available to me, you are truly gifted and I hope to learn more of your wisdom in the future.

Nothing prepared us for your wisdom. I now understand what you mean by 'Staying in the love-space” no matter what. We are both practicing “Eye-gazing and Breathing deeply”. We also recognize how quickly we can trigger an emotional charge in each other. Dear Juliana, after experiencing a difficult time with my partner I sought out other counselor who would hopefully assist with our issues. Before we met with Juliana ,we were unsure if counseling could really help us, because it had failed before, but felt that we needed to try just one more time. Juliana put everything into perspective; she helped us open the communication lines and understand how we made each other feel. We quickly realized that quite often we got caught up in the emotion rather than working out what the real problem was. The guided exercises revealed how closed off we had been to each other. The hands on massage training showed as a new way of loving. All in all we found Juliana extremely helpful, warm and insightful.
