*A PUJA is an interactive practice where your guests are asked to follow a series of exercises lasting from 1-3 minutes with different partners. These exercises may include eye-gazing, verbal sharing, light touch and partner dancing.
Participants will be asked to share in pairs, small groups and the whole group.
You will be gently lead through several hours (1 ½ to 3 hours) of an evening of interactive, playful exercises, that will expand everyone’s connection to each other. This exploration of deep conscious connecting with others, activates heart
opening and higher awareness.
I will bring popular music to set the right vibrations and to create the space for this beautiful PUJA Experience.
As the PUJA unfolds, your guests will be in awe; thrilled and excited, as we will move through tender stages, connecting with the eyes, their breathing synchronized, taking the hand of a new partner, softly caressing each others hands, placing their
hands over each others heart. Communicating only with their eyes, breathing and light touching.
Moving into the next level, your guests will be asked to dance and switch partners again, connecting further, and joyously embracing a new interaction. Soon they begin to understand the transformation and the possibility of a richer loving life.
Your guests will wonder of their own inner connectedness and how deeply they bonded with other participants at your party.
